The assigned schools are: Alta Vista Elementary, Cesar Chavez Middle, and University High School.

Yes, visitors may park overnight.

Our community offers lease terms from 2-12 months in length.

Each apartment includes assigned covered parking at no additional cost—1 carport for 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units and 2 carports for 3-bedroom units. Additional carports are available for rent, with the monthly charge of $25.
